Description of CAFR - Cotton FR 350gsm Sateen Fabric
CAFR-350 Sateen is the heavyweight cotton FR fabric with a 4/1 sateen weave, it is designed for use in Metallurgy and other industries. This fabric is best used for FR protective jackets, pants, overalls and other clothing in heavy industries.
CAFR-350 Sateen fabric is soft and comfortable to wear and it protects from Flash fire and Electric Arc, has already pass the highest level of protection from metal splashes – E3. Sateen weave could not only bring the comfort-wearing, but also helps molten metal drops go off easily from the smooth surface of the fabric when used in fr clothing. Carbon antistatic yarn integrated as stripes in the surface of Etna makes it safe for use in explosive atmospheres. To prevent Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) sparks, antistatic fibers safely discharge static electricity eliminating the risk of fire and explosion.
